The New Zealand colleges and Universities require a student to have an English proficiency test score (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). The required minimum score may vary by institution but is typically between 6.5 bands (Not less than 6 in any module) for Master Programs and Overall 6 bands for undergraduate programs on the IELTS, 80-100 on the TOEFL iBT, and Overall 58-64(Not less than 50 in any module) on the PTE for the students who are applying for any program. Some universities or courses may require the student to appear for GRE/GMAT as an admission criteria.
