Admission Criteria

  • Completed Education: High school diploma for undergraduate, bachelor’s degree for master’s.
  • Language Proficiency: Proof of Polish (for Polish programs) or English (for English programs) proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
  • Application Form: Complete the university’s application.
  • Academic Transcripts: Submit previous academic records.
  • Recommendation Letters: Required by some programs.
  • Motivation Letter: Statement of purpose may be required.
  • Passport Copy: Provide a valid passport or ID.
  • Entrance Exams: May be required for specific programs (e.g., medicine, art).
  • Visa: Non-EU students need a student visa.

Admission Concerns

  • Attested copies of mark sheets of Standard X, XII, and the Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
  • At least two Academic reference letters from professors who have taught you most recently.
  • If you have work experience then two letters of recommendation (LOR) from the employer/manager who knows you well and can comment on your professional abilities
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Resume
  • Photocopied score reports of language tests and GRE/GMAT (if applicable)
  • Portfolio (in the case of students applying for art and design courses or architecture programmes)
  • Others (Certificates/achievements at the state and national level and extracurricular activities)

Test Scores

  • For English-Taught Programs:

    • IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0-6.5 (varies by program).
    • TOEFL: Minimum score of 80-90 (internet-based).
    • Cambridge English: FCE, CAE, or CPE are also accepted.
  • For Polish-Taught Programs:

    • Polish Language Proficiency Test: You may need to demonstrate proficiency in Polish, typically at a B2 level.

Some programs may not require standardized test scores if you meet other criteria (e.g., high school diploma in English). Always check specific university requirements for detailed information.
